Undersecretary Moya has extensive experience in national investment protection, having coordinated the negotiation, signing and execution of investment contracts between the Ecuadorian State and national and foreign investors.

He advises both national and foreign investors in the structuring of investment projects under private modalities and by public-private partnership in multiple sectors of the economy.

Vast experience in the areas of business law, labor law, investment protection law, public-private partnerships and drafting normative acts and bills.
