He currently manages the new business development and digital transformation in TEISA Paraguay, the number one technology company in the country.

His knowledge and skills in strategic planning and development of new businesses have been applied in Paraguayan and Korean multinational companies for more than 15 years. Prior to TEISA, De Leon Llanes worked as Head of Strategic and Commercial Planning at THN Paraguay SA.

During the last ten years, he has focused on promoting the development and growth of businesses in Latin America and the Mercosur region, emphasizing Paraguay’s comparative economic advantages.

He is convinced that the interaction of Latin America with other cultures could enhance business results and community development.
