Lee Sangwoo is a director of LH’s Smart City Development Office. He also serves as a director of Korea Institute of Urban Planners and is an expert in new town development and real estate finance.

He was in charge of planning Dongtan2 New town (2nd generation new town), Namyangju Wangsuk New town (3rd generation new town), Urban regeneration, residential areas and strengthened his position as a city planning expert.

He graduated Hongik university and got his master’s degree in urban planning at the university of Seoul.
