Mr Seong-Wook Kim is the Deputy Minister for International Affairs, Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea. He has over 27 years of professional experience in various fields concerning the economy, especially in international finance. He also served as Spokesperson during 2019-2020, and Financial Attache & Minister Counsellor, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in New York during 2016-2019.

Mr Seong-Wook Kim assumed his current post in September 2022. Prior to his current role, he served as Director General for the International Finance Bureau. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University, and M.A. in Public Administration both from Seoul National University and Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University
