Mr Weon-Kyoung JO is the Professor and Director of Global University-Industry Relations Center of UNIST. He has nearly 30 years of professional experience in various fields concerning the economy such as Tax policy, Trade Coordination, Foreign Exchange System, Consumer Policy, International Finance. He also served as Korean respresentative in IDB Constituency.

Prior to his current role, he served as Deputy mayor of Ulsan Metropolitan City, in recognition of this experience to oversee Korea-EU Free Trade Agreement negotiations. Before his post as Deputy mayor, he served as Deputy Director General for International Finance Bureau In Ministry of Economy and Finance.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Yonsei University, a M.A. degree in finance from Michigan State University.
